Human-centred leadership development grounded in psychology and practice

LUMA Development offers human-centred leadership development grounded in psychology and shaped by real organisational experience. We work with leaders across operational, technical and corporate environments — from factories to global offices — and understand the realities and pressures they face.

Our approach balances evidence and empathy: structured but personal, practical but reflective. We help people make sense of who they are, how they lead, and how to strengthen their impact in the real world — not just in theory.

About Louise

Structured thinking, human coaching, real-world experience

I’m a MCIPD-qualified HR professional and ICF-accredited coach, helping people build confidence, capability and leadership impact. I’ve designed and delivered leadership programmes and coached leaders navigating complexity, change and progression.

With an engineering background (BEng Hons), I bring structure, clarity and focus — alongside empathy and curiosity — and a strong understanding of operational environments and the transition from technical expertise into leadership. I focus on how people think, decide and respond under pressure, recognising this as critical to lasting, meaningful growth.
